Complete communication advice

Political Marketing is a topic of indisputable relevance in the training of all professionals who work with Social Communication as a work tool. Since man is a political being, all his activities, in the most diverse areas of knowledge, depend on the development of the ability to communicate properly and effectively. This process essentially requires that close coherence be built between the actions that drive its activities and the communication it establishes with its target audiences, which must be permeated by the logic of understanding the aspirations and expectations of this audience.

In the activity of advising on union communication, I realized how important the work of permanent communication is in line with the actions undertaken by the entities to consolidate the image of union entities and their leaders before their audiences. After all, what is currently perceived is that union leaderships, although increasingly prepared, still find obstacles in the search for their representation and legitimacy: serving the various audiences of a union organization is a complex activity, which requires care and planning.

In a permanent campaign, Political Marketing becomes an essential instrument for strengthening the activity of public men, allowing greater efficiency and recognition of the trade union movement. 

In this way, I intend to know deeply the demands and needs of its members and I will be attentive to the political process in its broadest sense, knowing the legislative process, thus making it possible to identify the repercussions of administrative, legislative and judicial acts on the rights of those represented. I am aware that the union planning that guides its action away from this basic principle will be wearing the much-criticized coat of “pellegian representation”. In the same vein, communication that does not focus on this coherence will remain empty of its essence.

In view of this, I work with strategic tools for the propagation of political ideas and the strengthening of relations between the union organization and its union members, creating a climate of acceptance and credibility by efficiently identifying and meeting the perspectives of its target audience and social (for through strategic communication planning), with the elaboration of texts, articles for websites and blogs, in addition to newspapers, magazines and newsletters, creation, updating and monitoring of websites and social networks and, especially, a focus on direct contact with the workers, contact with the press, in addition to other communication tools.
