FORMATION
Journalist and Public Relations graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - PUC/MG, 2009 and 2011, respectively, during her academic training, she worked as an intern at the Judiciary Servants Union and, since then, has been dedicated to research on the variables that affect on the collective bargaining process, a relevant instrument for those who work with Trade Union Movements.
EXPERIENCE
Since 2009, she has been working as a press and communication advisor for trade unions and associations in Minas Gerais. Between 2010 and 2017, in the Civil Police union movement, where she was a journalist for the Association of Civil Police Delegates of Minas Gerais – Adepolc and press officer for the Union of Criminal Experts of Minas Gerais – Sindpecri.
PERFORMANCE
His interest in union and social movements and government management in the process of enforcing workers' rights became more intense when, in 2012, he began his specialization in Public Policy at the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG. The specialization course enabled him to deepen his study of State and Political Institutions in Brazil, Politics and Democracy, Public Management, Government Planning and Budget Process, as well as Policies for Regional Economic Development and Job and Income Generation, among other subjects. At the end of the course, in view of her work as a press officer in the trade union movement of the Civil Police of Minas Gerais, she presented the research "Project of Complementary Law PLC 23/2012 - which deals with the new Organic Law of the Civil Police of the State of Minas Gerais: analysis of the work of the Civil Police union movement from the perspective of collective bargaining in the public sector The Project was guided by Dr. Ana Rita Castro Trajano, researcher at the Center for Studies on Work and Education (NESTHE/UFMG).
UPDATE
In February 2019, he defended the Master's thesis in Education and Teaching at the Faculty of Education at UFMG - FAE for the Work and Education Research Line. The master's degree allowed research on the "breadths" of collective bargaining and delving into the deep relationships of participatory democracy and discourses in the negotiation process, which will necessarily be the result of citizen involvement in their planning and controlling intervention of the Employer and/or State. . At the moment, is a postgraduate student in the MBA in Marketing at Esalq/USP.
